WE DO XMAS LIVE

1. The promotion is valid on the following dates:

Saturday 7th December 2024
Sunday 8th December 2024
Saturday 14th December 2024
Sunday 15th December 2024
Saturday 21st December 2024
Sunday 22nd December 2024
Monday 23rd December 2024
Tuesday 24th December 2024

2. The promoter is Manchester Arndale and the promotion is open to customers of Manchester Arndale. Under-16s must be accompanied by an adult. Employees of the Promoter, their family members or anyone else associated with the administration of this promotion are excluded from participating.

3. Entry is limited to one per person. No entries from agents, third parties or organised groups will be accepted.

4. To enter the competition, participants must visit the ‘WE DO XMAS Live’ stand located on the lower mall, New Cannon Street, Manchester Arndale. You will be asked to fill in a gift tag to nominate someone you would like to win and a short reason why.

5. The prize is all products displayed in the large present during each week of the live event for each of the gift guide themes, which are as follows:

Week 1
‘It Girl’ – 7th & 8th December

Week 2
‘Screen Times Over’ – 14th & 15th December

Week 3
‘Husband Has Everything’- 21st-24th December

6. The winner must agree to attend Manchester Arndale on a mutually agreed date in December 2024 in order to collect the prize and will be responsible for giving the items to their nominated person. The winner must agree to potentially be filmed and photographed, with content used by Manchester Arndale at its sole discretion.

7. The prize has no cash value and no cash alternative will be offered.

8. One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries for each of the gift guide themes. There will be 3 winners in total.

9. All products are subject to availability.

10. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend the promotion or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time.

11. Personal data will be collected from participants of the promotion.

12. By participating in this promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by any other requirements set out in related promotional materials.

13. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
