Mark the arrival of Halloween with a host of monstrously good events across Manchester city centre. Featuring a giant rooftop monster invasion, Monsters Rock! Music Festival with spooky DJs, live performances, gruesome games and competitions, plus carnival rides, fancy-dress and Walk the Plank’s legendary monster procession.

Things are getting spooky at MINISO
From 20 – 31 October head in store for their Pumpkin Hunt. PenPen’s gone and lost his Pumpkins and needs your help to find them before Halloween night! There’s the chance to win £25 worth of treats by finding all 5 Pumpkins hidden in store. Plus there’s a £50 hamper giveaway up for grabs and spin the wheel to win some amazing offers. Halloween at LEGO
Visit the LEGO store this half-term to join in the Halloween celebrations. From 21 – 31 October, hunt out the ghoulish ghosts hidden around the store, plus on 28 & 29 you can build a LEGO black cat for free and take it home with you. Ask in-store for more details.
Decorate pumpkin doughnuts at Krispy Kreme!
This half term, Krispy Kreme are giving you the opportunity to decorate your own spooky doughnuts in store to get you ready for Halloween. All you need to do is spend over £10 and you will get the chance to show off your piping skills and draw the face on some rather spooky pumpkin doughnuts. Head in-store from 23 – 26 October to get involved (while stocks last).

Walk the Planks monster procession
The unmissable roaming performance from Walk the Plank is back this year! Expect a crazy procession of monster puppets, giant skeletons, stilt walkers and five-piece band. Catch the procession on 28 – 29 October at 11:30am, 1:30pm and 3:30pm roaming through the Arndale and out onto Market Street.

Look up! Look out! Beware! The legendary MCR Monsters are back, taking over the city’s streets and rooftops. Our very own ‘Chomper’ has taken over our roof in Exchange Sqaure above Next. Spot all 16 monsters across the city and share your pics at @HalloweenMCR #MCRMonsters.
