We’re giving you even more time to shop, celebrate and enjoy the season with Manchester Arndale’s extended Christmas opening hours. Apart from Christmas Day on 25th December, the centre is open throughout the festive period, making it easier than ever to fit in your Christmas shopping. Getting Here
As we’re based in the heart of Manchester city centre, reaching us couldn’t be simpler. Trains, buses and the Metrolink all bring you just moments away from our door. The Metrolink operates across Greater Manchester with the nearest tram stops located in Exchange Square outside Next or on Market Street.
If you’re travelling by train, Manchester Piccadilly is a short walk away and connects with rail services across Greater Manchester and beyond.
Driving in? The High Street Car Park sits right next to Manchester Arndale and is operated by Manchester City Council. With pay-and-display or cashless options available by phone or ticket machine, it’s a convenient base for your Christmas visit.

We want everyone to enjoy the magic of Christmas at Manchester Arndale. For visitors who need mobility support, Shopmobility is happy to help with the hire of wheelchairs, power chairs and power scooters. Please call ahead to check availability and to make a booking: 0161 791 1494.
You can also find accessible toilets throughout the centre. They are accessed via a radar key, so if you do not have your own please just ask a member of staff who will be in the area and they will be more than happy to let you in. We also have a Changing Places facility on the Lower Mall close to King Pins, which requires a radar key and intercom.
