Safety & Security
The safety and security of our customers and staff is always our priority.
The centre is protected by CCTV 24 hours a day and we have a security team on-site at all times to deal with any event swiftly and professionally. In addition, we have very close working relationships with the security services and police at a national and local level to ensure we have well-rehearsed and flexible plans in place to deal with any incident.
Safety and security is always our first priority and we are supporting Counter Terrorism Policing’s campaign to encourage everyone to look out for each other this winter. To help keep you safe, we have security measures you can see, and of course, ones you can’t. We ask you to help by staying alert and trusting your instincts.
If something doesn’t feel right or you wish to report a security concern please alert any member of centre staff. You can also report in confidence to the police online at gov.uk/ACT, or via telephone by dialling 0800 789 321. In an emergency always call 999.
We aim to provide a clean, safe, relaxed and friendly family environment for all of our visitors and we have a Code of Conduct in order to ensure that everyone enjoys their visit.
